Questions

Frequently asked

How accurate is the identification?

Zenturo uses state-of-the-art AI vision models trained on enormous visual corpora, and it examines your coin the way an expert does: design, lettering, dates, mint marks and wear. Accuracy is highest with clear, well-lit photos of both sides. For high-value coins we always recommend confirming with a professional appraisal before you buy or sell — and Zenturo tells you when that's worth doing.

How is the value estimated?

We estimate a realistic retail value range for the grade your coin appears to be in, based on typical dealer and auction prices for that type. You get a circulated range and an uncirculated figure, plus notes about anything (like a rare mint mark) that could move the number significantly.

What can I scan besides coins?

Banknotes, tokens, and medals work too. If it's round, metal, or spendable, Zenturo will take a look.

Do I need to install an app?

No — Zenturo runs entirely in your browser, on your phone or computer. Nothing to install, no permissions beyond your camera if you choose to use it.

What does it cost?

Your first identification is free, no credit card required. After that, Premium is $5.99/month or $29.99/year (about $2.50/month) for unlimited scans, full certificates, and your saved collection.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Subscriptions are handled securely by Stripe and you can cancel in one click from your account page. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
